T’s & C’s

  • Your safety is always our first priority. Tours will not run if your Guide decides it is unsafe. If for any reason we need to cancel your booking, you will have the choice of a full refund or to re-book any tour of equivalent value at a later date.
  • A few legal requirements specific to travel on a motorcycle or in a sidecar:
    • The law requires all motorcyclists and their pillions (motorcycle passengers) or sidecar passengers to wear an approved motorcycle helmet. We will provide an approved helmet for all guests.
    • When travelling as pillion (motorcycle passenger) you must be eight years of age or older. We also ask that all pillions wear long pants and fully enclosed shoes.
    • When travelling as sidecar passenger you are required to remain safely seated at all times while the bike is moving. We also require sidecar passengers to be at least 5 years old.
  • To support the safety operation of the motorcycle and sidecar, we may ask guests to specifically sit in either the sidecar or pillion seats.
  • Guests under the age of 16 years will need to be accompanied on the ride by a parent or guardian over the age of 25.
  • Tours will not continue if at any time a guest refuses to comply with reasonable directions from their Guide. No refund will be considered if the actions of a guest are the cause of a cancellation.
  • In addition to any specific items quoted as part of a planned tour, tour fees cover all costs associated with fuel, insurance and use of the riding gear.
  • We will not be liable for any loss or expense caused by loss of property, illness, accident, cancellation or curtailment of any tour, however it is caused.
  • Gift certificates are transferable but are not refundable.
  • All costs will be quoted and are payable in Australian Dollars unless otherwise specifically agreed.
  • Weather – We all know it is unpredictable at times. While we operate in most weather conditions and will ensure you are safe at all times, if the conditions are forecast to be more extreme (either heavy rain or very hot – above 35C degrees) on the day of your tour you will have the option to take the tour, re-book for another day or receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations – Things don’t always go to plan and we get that. If after confirming a booking you need to make a change, please contact us and we will see what we can do to accommodate you. If we are not able to accommodate the change, the following policy will apply.
  • If you choose to cancel a booking, the following cancelation fees will apply:
    • 14 days or more from the agreed pickup time – No charge (full refund)
    • Between 14 days and 7 days from the agreed pickup time – 50% (50% refund)
    • Less than 7 days from the agreed pickup time – 75% (25% refund)
    • If a guest cancels after the agreed pickup time, fails to join the tour, or leaves it prior to completion, the full tour cost will apply and no refund will be given.
